At Ancient Remedies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
